TeraGrid
TeraGrid is a multi-year effort to build and deploy the world's largest, most comprehensive, distributed infrastructure for open scientific research. In 2004, the TeraGrid included 20 teraflops of computing power distributed at nine sites capable of managing and storing nearly 1 petabyte of data. These facilities can also store high-resolution visualization environments and toolkits for grid computing. AT Research Services has active projects on this grid.
