Media Studio
Media applications can be complex and difficult to learn - and usually the manuals aren't written for a beginner. That's where the Media Studio can help out. A state-of-the-art facilty, the Media Studio is an environment where faculty and staff can work on their digital media projects, but also have an expert staff to help them with not only the hardware/software, but also planning their entire project.

The Digital Media Solutions (DMS) staff assists with delivery the NeXTT workshopsThis past year DMS staff provided demonstrations and tutorials on how to place various types of lecture recordings, video and interactive media into ICON: Streaming vs Progressive vs Podcasting, Flash Video, Quicktime, Windows Media, Audio files, Captivate recordings, Articulate recording, and Camtasia recordings. Previous NeXTT workshops Digital Media Solution staff covered Power Point to the Web and Virtual Worlds.

Final Cut Pro 6 Training
3-day course on Apple’s Final Cut Pro 6 (the premiere video editing application for Mac OS X). Intended for beginners, as well as more advanced users, the course covers everything from basic concepts like capture and editing to advanced topics like transitions, motion effects, and color-correction.
Taking this class will provide all the training required to take an Apple Certified User exam from an Apple Certified Training Center.
